Women Affairs of AMH Inc., does not only provide Temporary shelter,Emergency food, clothing, and furniture , we provide assistance to everyone in need in our community at large within our limits.

Such As Sister Umm Aminah. We have many sisters and families that fits her situation and some what similar situations.
Our heart aches should we ever find ourselves saying no to a family or a sister in need.

Insha’Allah you can assist us to continue helping those in need in our community at large.

1. SADAQA EMERGENCY FOOD PROGRAM

We provide an onsite Halal food pantry available to the shelter residence and the community at large in crisis it serves approximately 25 to 35 families/women per week.

2. EMERGENCY HOUSING AND SHELTER
We provide sisters and their children emergency housing and long term housing in certain situations.

3. LIFE SKILLS TRAINING

Assisting sisters to obtain employment, financial literacy, Islamic studies, parental skills and health education,
4. INFORMATION AND REFERRAL
Sisters are encouraged to apply for benefits- that they are eligible for as well as seeking employment to become self sufficient
